oneshot 1
I have came to the conclusion they won't let me drive so gardening it is. Actually kind of fun learning new stuff. Yesterday was repotting day. Done decided repot once a year the plants like it. Trying Potatoes in a Bag. They are up to the Top so water and wait. Going to have bunch of Peppers. Because of my Greenhouse have to do away with couple fruit trees but ordered some. Before I forget it I'm watching Gardening With Monty Don. They dig almost every time I plant something. I don't have a garden, just boxes. I've tried putting cayenne and such in the dirt but they still just dig. A real pain. I finally had a permanent fence built around the garden to keep out rabbits. But the squirrels are particularly bad this year. I’ve had a lot of stuff dug up, replanted and dug up again. Beets, spinach and radishes in particular. I think cayenne works ok but it doesn’t last long. Going to research this more. We quit seed feeders for birds because of squirrels. Just doing hummingbirds, orioles and suet now. John

Don't forget the hummingbird nectar.

Maverickpro201
I remembered the other day, that on the farm my grandmother would hang out alum. pie pans out. So I did it the other day/last week. Has worked so far. It appears to any how. I had to replant beans and corn because I have a black squirrel that continues to come in from the north side of the property. All the other blacks and grays around here stay where the wife feeds the birds and squirrel down the hill. If the pans are not successful I will be buying a electric fence or make my own 110v electric fence like I have had to do before years ago, because of rockie racoons. And I will send them screaming. ness

Would want something solar powered and idiot/kid proof. bfishn, BilletHead and Quillback 1 2 John

Same here. Can't even do suet or they eat that. The neighborhood cats that run rampant need to do their job or everyone is getting a bullet. Quillback
I have some radishes coming in now and pea pods. Didn't know squirrels would go after radishes, guess I better pull them soon.
