With that said, if you are established with a specialist or any doctor for that matter, you will not have to wait 2 1/2 months for an appointment when you all of a sudden have a problem.

I knew a gal that had Munchausen By Proxy......and she could get in to see any specialist IMMEDIATELY.   And when I say "immediately" I mean that she didn't even have to take a seat in the waiting room, they ushered her and her perfectly healthy kid right in as soon as they cleared the door.     So I totally believe you.  👍 They had frequent flyer benefits !
