Drained some out of the 4 wheeler this fall after it sit for a few summer months that looked same way.  Don't think a match would lite it.  It's a government plan to force us to buy battery powered transportation.

When the stuff doesn't even kill weeds you know it's gotta be bad for a fuel injection system.  

On that particular engine it took out the high pressure pump, the lift pump, 2 injectors @ 400.00 apiece, and enough labor to pay for Christmas 😉
