Had stitches and end up spending the night in the hospital. $150 cash…done. "Honor is a man's gift to himself" Rob Roy McGregor

A classmate of mine was diagnosed with breast cancer at MU about 15 years ago, but got dismissed from her job at the Callaway nuclear plant and had no insurance. She went to somewhere in Italy to get treated more affordably, but they couldn't confirm the cancer....so no treatment ensued. Still doing fine today. 🤷♂️ Loosing her job turned out to be a blessing. Undoubtedly they would have "treated" her in Columbia.....and then patted themselves on the back for CURING cancer that didn't even exist. Or.....killed her with chemo trying 😳 Therefore anytime someone crows about "beating cancer" I always wonder (quietly of course) if they actually HAD cancer in the first place.

You break a leg or something like that the US emergency medical services is top notch. Curing disease? Total failure. Pfizer has been making drugs for 175 years and hasn’t cured anyone. There’s several American doctors practicing in Mexico like that. But you gotta have cash. People go down there for stem cell therapy all the time instead of surgery up here. Because the “FDA” hasn’t approved them here. Which means they haven’t figured out how to fleece us with them. fishinwrench and Mitch f 1 1
ColdWaterFshr Posted July 2 Posted July 2 I’m grateful for some really outstanding heart doctors I’ve had over the years. Kept me on the right side of the dirt! Dr Nicholas Kouchoukus performed the Ross procedure on my when I was 29. Dr.Krainik did cardiac ablation on me a couple weeks ago. Some cool images from that… Daryk Campbell Sr and Nick Adams 2
