Hey!  Who wants a rare piece of backstrap?

I can bring some fairly decent elk burger if you would like. And for sure backstrap medallions and summer sausage.

Trying to pin this down reminds me of when a friend and I broke open a thermostat and tried to corral the mercury.

I may just get 11 Happy Meals and call it good. 50-50 McNuggets and hamburgers. 😜

Don't worry, be happy.

Hint:  When I lived in Carroll IA right after college, a fried summer sausage sandwich was a thing at the tavern.

It's good microwaved with a thick slice of sharp cheddar cheese too.

Ok and thanks. I’ll be over at the park slaving over a hot Blackstone for my OA brethren and Pat😀

Pat said it's alright to refer to her as Sista.😆

Looking forward to meeting many of you.

Not all of us? I can think of one you already know.

You sure we need all the food?  I’ll chip in for the groceries, but getting off the water on a hot day, in the middle of the day, don’t need much more than a quick bite.  Hate to see you lug all that stuff, Ness and buy lots of groceries.  And what is salmon candy?  Maybe that will be enough?

Who all is floating?  I’m bringing my 15 foot canoe.  Can take one with me if they are <200 lbs.   Been 35 years since I’ve been to Galena and floated that end of the James.  Looking forward to it.
