2024 Jigfest food thread!

Its getting close...time for the good stuff!  This year I am going to make a seafood gumbo with duck fat so we don't kill DJ

Just want to remind everyone, there are open spots or come down for a day.  We eat good.  We'll feed ya. 

I've got a good Stromboli recipe that I plan to make.  I'll have to figure out a veggie option for DJ.   I've got.some appetizer type recipes that I wanna try making as well.

I'll be down Friday a.m and will fish and stay for dinner, but will head back to my place in Branson after dinner, should be able to be back for Saturday too.    I can take two folks fishing in my Towee, if anyone wants to fly fish and does not have gear, let me know I have plenty.  I'll bring a desert for Friday night dinner.
