gotmuddy Posted January 27 Posted January 27 less than a week out. super excited. menu schedule as best as I can remember: Thursday: chicken thighs, baked beans, I am gonna make some roasted potatoes. not sure what else friday: Les' chili and im certain fried fish will be eaten. I have a bag of jalapeno fritos for the chili. Saturday: gumbo, not sure what else. I will be bringing smoked trout dip and candied jalapenos' and cream cheese for snacking.
