I like the 2nd breakfast option.  I'll be out fishing at 0800.  So, 0800 for first breakfast.  1000 for 2nd breakfast.  Rob likes to cook, he could make the food for 2nd breakfast.

Maybe you could put together a spreadsheet with assigned menu items, cooks and meal times?  People want to know.🙃

OR you could go fishing at 0600 and be back in time for breakfast.  Second breakfast is something hobbits do.😉

It's dark at 0600, of course since you arise around noon, you wouldn't know.  😃

I was doing some calculations over here on the sidelines and I thought you guys might have overdone it on the food. 

It’s really satisfying to be totally right. The sucky part was missing out on the food you guys enjoyed. 😀
