Cody I got you 10 Lbs. of chicken hindquarters.  Gives a person a leg to hold onto, and you can eat the leg too.

There are 109 meatballs in the pot and sauce getting happy. We won't be able to bring all the meatballs with us because we are going to eat a few to make sure they taste good for you all. We know that they do already 😆. FYI that is a big old size 12 Dutch oven.

yah those 10lb bags are called leg quarters.  Should feed 6-7 people.  Usually there is 4-5 leg quarters in a bag and they are huge.  ill separate the leg from the thigh before cooking.  we will be fine with all them meatballs @BilletHead is bringing

Actually I was thinking the meatballs would be for the big Saturday feed when we have the most people and walk inns.
