Park fishing is what it its...but its one of those things you need to know how to do. Its a great place to refine your skills over a combination of easy, and reluctant trout in a crowded atmosphere. Hard part is picking out the one you want to catch and catching it. Wild fish are usually easy in comparison to some of those spooked & jaded park fish. We dont have much trout water in Missouri and Arkansas...but what little we do have is some of the best you will ever find. Give it a go and you will be pleasantly surprised by the diversity and quality that is available to you. Parks, Tailwaters, Put & take streams & ponds, lots of put grow and take river fisheries, some jump across creeks with wild rainbows, trout in places that you would never expect...Tons of smallmouth streams, and some big lakes too.......We have it pretty darn good here, and darn right we are proud.
