    I was just wondering if you could give me some advice and maybe answer some questions.  I am looking at buying a used 2003 Nitro 185 Fish & Ski boat.  The guy says it has a Well maintained 150 hp Merc with new power head, less than 15 hours.  What is a new power head?  Does that mean there could be something else wrong with the motor?

    Any help or advice you could give me would be much appreciated

      Said it was a bad load of fuel.

      Ok, so the honest answer is....They never made the determination.  

      Bad fuel will not blow a powerhead.
