  1. If you're targeting Whites, and catching LM, then you probably need to move. The 2 don't usually pal out together. At least that's MY theory, and I can't think of a single time where I've been catching both in the same area at the same time. It works the other way around too. I'd challenge you to catch a green bass in the same area of a creek during the Spring white bass run. Doing so has always been extremely rare in my experiences.
  2. Oh, and also tell them that if they wanna watch....then they owe YOU money ! 🀣
  3. It's frozen all the way.
  4. It wouldn't tell ME anything. I've never experienced a bad crankcase sealing ring. A timing light looking in the throat of the carb will show you if you are getting equal fuel dispersal from the emulsion tubes (#1-2 & 3). You can test intake vacuum balance with a playing card, or piece of construction paper over the front of the carbs while idling. No need to know the actual measurements of vacuum in PSI. If it's enough to matter you'll notice it easily with the paper test.
  5. I'm slammed until the end of March. Check my edit above in regards to the fuel pump vacuum. Don't use brake cleaner. Use the same fuel that the other carbs are being fed.
  6. Wish I could take a look at it. Can you put some pre-mixed fuel in a squirt bottle and feed some into the lower carb throat to see how it reacts ? If no reaction, hook up a timing light to the #3 plug wire, and monitor the pulses. Compare to the #1 or #2 plug wire for brightness and consistency of the flashes. Does the fuel pump get its vacuum from cylinder#3 ? If so, pull the fuel pump vacuum hose off, squeeze the primer bulb up good and tight and make sure no raw fuel is oozing out of that hose. Could be a leaky diaphragm.
  7. Tell those middle-eastern douchebags that it's YOUR soap, and it's YOUR pecker.....And that here in America you are allowed to wash it as hard and fast as you want to. 😊
  8. I use my overly aged fuel to kill weeds (it's safer and cheaper than ROUNDUP), wash old greasy outboards and trailer wheel hubs. It also helps keep the mosquito and tadpole populations down in my test tank......Which kinda proves environmental scientists wrong, since I can run sloppy old 2-stroke outboards in it almost daily and STILL have tons of living aquatic organisms in it.
  9. πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ˜… Gotta love the entrepreneurship of that one ! I hope the dude/gal gets rich off that. πŸ‘ I can't wait to get forwarded the file on @snagged in outlet 3 and his Thunderweiner. πŸ˜‚
  10. Well she finally froze over, bank to bank. And now Ameren is dropping the lake hard and fast. This is going to tear the hell out of a LOT of boat docks. πŸ˜… So, all of you laid-off pipeline workers.....C'mon down! πŸ‘
  11. I can only remember one time in my life that a weather event got as bad as the weather report predicted. Typically they exaggerate substantially.....just in case.
  12. Oh I'm totally gonna use that one. 🀣 Thanks, Oneshot ! πŸ‘
  13. Just an FYI, I've done cylinder drop tests on Yamaha HPDI's in neutral at an idle.....and they do idle on all 6 cylinders. I think what you may be confusing that with is the "shift interrupter" which momentarily kills the spark on 3 cylinders when initially shifting into gear, and out of gear, in order to make the shifting process go a little easier. (So that there's no hard CLUNK! when shifting). Many Mercury V6 outboards are similarly designed. Mixing extra oil in the fuel will trick the ECM into thinking that the injector pulse width is too rich....and will limit performance. And finally "Ring Free" , while it doesn't hurt anything, does literally NOTHING to help your engine.....it is just yet another hit to your wallet. Save your money and use it to buy another Wiggle Wart. πŸ‘ Nothing jack's up a HPDI engines operating system any worse than mixing up some Grandpa invented witches brew in the fuel tank. Everybody needs to stop doing that ! Now, let's review.....What goes in the "FUEL.TANK" of a DFI outboard? That's right.....FUEL ! Nothing else. πŸ‘
  14. Cool stuff! πŸ‘ Really takes me back.
  15. Awe, Pretty! What are those called? 😊 Better give them a proper name before I go get the weed-eater. Is that at the Baptist Church, or the Kingdom hall of Jehovah's Witnesses? 🀣
  16. This is so cute πŸ€— Can y'all do butterfly's or flowers next?
  17. I know how to survive in Sub-Zero conditions...but I darn sure don't care to do it for entertainment.
  18. My wife's sister in-law in Omaha says the power company is killing the electricity for 1 hour periods up there, hour on/hour off in residential areas.
  19. Here's a "pre-fishing" experience that would ruin your day.
  20. Pitch a tent in the back yard. Dare ya!
  21. Yeah it's all locked in as far down as Coconut's, except for areas where there is some spring influence.
  22. DittoπŸ‘ You know it's right when you only spend the occasional 10 minutes thinking....."Dang, is something wrong with the furnace?".... before it kicks on again.
  23. Venmo ? If so I'll take these and the wader bag both.
  24. I have some money sitting in Venmo if you can accept a Venmo transfer then I'll take it. Just PM me your info.
  25. You mean you don't bring them in the house when it gets like this? πŸ€”
