  1. I took a beating Sunday, barely avoided a skunkin', so I'm not going back out again until we have a couple warm days and the wind shifts back out of the east.
  2. Me either. Not necessarily Wiggle warts but all "red" crankbaits. They are all either too orange, or too Tanish pink. My solution is a Extreme Sharpie.
  3. If they close the park I hope they throw those extra fish in the river.
  4. It's easier to pull than it is to push. That's the best tip I have for ya.
  5. Go get'em ! It was miserable out there yesterday, but should be improving by Wed.
  6. Mine got spooked by what was going on in KC.....and came home. She's been all over the world, but feels safest here with ol' Da'da. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  7. Where are you (MM?) Not many open and selling fuel yet.
  8. Pop-Tarts are a good alternative.
  9. Yes, rice is ok. By all means keep any offerings gluten free. ๐Ÿ™„ Keep your money in your pocket for sure. Giving cash might land you on the sex offender registry for "soliciting a minor".
  10. Here I go playing doctor/scientist again, so if you can't tolerate that just skip this post RIGHT NOW ๐Ÿ˜Š They are saying that you are infectious even before you begin experiencing symptoms, and that seems a bit like hogwash to me if we're talking about a respiratory virus from snot or saliva. If you are symptom free then you aren't coughing, sneezing, or snotty, and it's unlikely that you're showering everything near you with the virus....so as long as you don't go around hugging and french kissing everyone you see it shouldn't be that likely that you'll be infected by a person who is symptom free. I feel like just being cautious about what you touch, washing your hands, and staying clear of anyone that is snotty or coughing SHOULD be enough to keep you from having to worry. I hope so anyway, because I can't keep up this OCD Germaphobe act for very much longer.
  11. Your first post just said to pray... and feed a hungry kid if you see one. Like anyone here wouldn't feed a hungry kid, and wish them well. Give us the benefit..... please ๐Ÿ™„ Conversations evolve. It's a thing. I can't help it if everytime I see a kid doing without I wonder why.....and usually discover it's because the parents are slackers.
  12. No more so than the weigh-in method.
  13. No wedgies here, I'm just kinda excited about it. Imagine finding your Neds for a penny apiece. ๐Ÿ˜… You should try out their spinning and casting gear and let us know how it goes
  14. It hasn't starting turning green yet.....itabeaight!
  15. There's an overabundance of government sponsored prostitutes around here. All they have to do is keep screwing and pumping out babies, and their future is secured. Society won't let any child go without....and the mother gets to ride along. The protocol is always the same.....Hook up with a guy, get knocked up, start acting like a c#&t until he gets fed up and does something stupid, then break up or divorce him and start collecting your funds from child support and the government. Wait 2-4 years and then do it again. It's a lifestyle for many women. And a punishment to many guys for not being gay. That's why so many women are attracted to "bad boys".... because those are the ones that they know are the easiest to get rid of when the time is right.
  16. Now you sound like my wife. I have kids that fish, and friends/customers/relatives that think they wanna try it. I'd like to see them get into it but it makes me nervous tossing them a 600.00 outfit, especially when the rod has been discontinued and couldn't be replaced at any cost. We're talking a truly good rod, reel, and line for a buck-fifty here. That hasn't been possible EVER, until now. Hell, you can't even buy a good blank for 150, much less the complete component list to build a good rod.
  17. It could be. We have had the technology for years. It doesn't require an "official" in each boat.
  18. Ha! No. And I'll have a coughing/sneezing fit on the first agent that approaches me to enforce it, if they do. ๐Ÿ˜…

    What's Cooking?

I blew a seal once. There, I'm out of the closet. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  20. Shipping was 12.63 total. The rod and reel came from Kentucky, and the line and backing came from London. Oddly enough the stuff from London arrived only 1 day later.
  21. The Facebook/Instagram warriors are the worst. They not only fish 2-4 tournaments every week, they also haul every keeper fish around in their livewell.... even when they aren't in a tournament. Bass are home range critters, nobody seems to get that. You can't "pattern" fish that are perpetually lost.
  22. Check the stomach of a Bennett Spring trout and you'll find mostly moss and a few snails.

    What's Cooking?

Tastes fine.....just feels like a load of jizz in my mouth. But I guess some guys long for that. ๐Ÿ˜‚
