The whole reason that Truman got stupid last year was 100% because of Lake O....... And Lake O couldn't open flood gates, or even generate heavily to allow room for Truman to let any water go because of the Missouri River level at St. Thomas.
That is a quote straight from the ACOE briefing last year in Warsaw when everyone was loosing their minds.
So conditions don't have to be very "crazy" to effect things. I'll refrain from making any weekly forecasts, but I can tell you for certain that whatever falls along the Osage basin between now and mid-May is going to have to be held, for the most part, behind Truman dam. And that could very easily be a significant amount of water. The probability is high, and they don't seem to be prepared for it at all.
