    In honor of the best cook here - RPS - tonight it's tater tot hot dish. A layer of browned hamburger with onion, garlic, Lea and Perrins, salt and pepper, layer of cream of mushroom soup, layer of Italian green beans, salt and pepper on the beans, healthy layer of shredded colby jack and then - the crowning glory - a layer of tater tots, seasoned with "The Gospel". Then 45 +/- minutes at 375.

    For tomorrow. Everybody knows meat loaf is better on the 2nd day. So those babies are resting overnight.
