    I have caught Neosho's from Indian Creek near Lanagan. Posted a photo on the one of the other threads on here. Caught some redspot chub there as well that they fight almost as well as the bass 😉.

    We would see a bunch every year when we lived in FL. I saw a bunch last time I was in central FL. Apparently it is a FL subspecies of the sandhill crane. Weirdest sounding call.

    I used to sing this one on long trips when the kids were younger. Especially when one was stinking to high heaven😉😅.

    That all sounds delicious 🤔. I like to use ketchup when eating meatloaf except use mustard on ML sandwiches. So a poll .. who prefers hot or cold meatloaf for sandwiches?

    I wish that we had a really good Chinese restaurant around us. The best and most authentic was ABC Chinese cuisine in Columbia. They closed not long after we moved to MD. In 2019 they had a potential robber that thought fell through the ceiling and died.

    I browned some hot Italian sausage then added sliced zucchini and cooked a couple of mins. Added sliced onion and thick.cremini mushroom slices and cooked till onions were translucent. Mixed.in a small can of tomato paste and tomato sauce. Added dried oregano and dried basil and a fair amount of powdered garlic. Salt and pepper. Put it all into a ceramic baking dish. Cooked at 350 for 12 mins then topped with Parm and mozzarella cheese. Cooked for another 10 mins. Not sure what to call this but it was very tasty.

    I have always loved Rapala fillet knives. I even had one with a burl wood handle. They had been lost in various moves or sold over the years. I now have a no name knife that I use for fish, meat and butchering game. A couple of runs through the cermaic sticks and its ready to go another round. Pete I have been interested in the Bubba blades, but haven't pulled the trigger on one.
