Used to love the Tour back with Lemond and even Armstrong. Felt good at that time "knowing" that the Americans weren't doping. I said to some friends that it would gut sports if Albert Pujols or Lance Armstrong were found out to be doping. Well that A*hole fooled me once. He gutted people that questioned him to find out it was all lies. I haven't watched the tour in what seems like more than a decade. I would have more respect if they just flat out allowed them to use whatever they wanted to compete and make the rides harder. -
Elizabeth Warren is a native American and the first woman of color on the Staff at Harvard. Or at least that's what she said up until her DNA test said that she had at least one native American ancestor in the last 4 to 6 generations. Lots of folks use misinformation to get ahead.

I have only seen a dead timber rattlesnake in MO down near Taum Sauk. We would see eastern diamondbacks in FL. The coolest was when we caught a pygmy rattlesnake at the field site I was working at in FL and had it in a trash can for a day. It would buzz when you looked into the can. -
That would have been cool to see. I have seen them in the Keys but never thought that they would be seen in MO.

Leftovers tonight. Took the kernels from a leftover cob of corn. Cooked that up with some diced onion in a cast iron skillet. I diced up leftover meatloaf and added that to the corn and onion. Added a cup of beef stock with a tablespoon of corn starch into the skillet. Added dried oregano and thyme and powdered garlic. Once warmed through covered with leftover mashed potatoes and topped with Colby jack cheese slices. Into 375 oven for 8 mins.

Panfish Lives Matter! 😁 I personally can't take "Germam browns" when refering to brown trout. Maybe in 1890 there were still some being stocked from Germany.

I do know a guy that catches them routinely in MD 😉. They commonly get in the way of catching new species.

Pissed off Morimoto that Flay stood on the cutting board. I used to watch Iron Chef at 11 pm. I would tell my wife about this competition cooking show out of Japan. Loved the Chinese Iron Chef. He cut everything with his cleaver. That time slot was where I used to watch a high energy Portuguese chef cooking Cajun style food. BAMM!! Anyone remember the show where they would go into different neighborhoods and have a chef cook a gourmet meal from what was in that person's fridge? They did a show when they brought over the Japanese Iron Chefs to America.

Glad you made it out ok. Any nice fish caught prior to almost losing your life? I fished a creek in Oklahoma where my buddy said that they could get flash flooding 2 to 3 feet above the bank which was 15 feet above where we were fishing at the time. -
Have you been to any of the featured restaurants? I've been to a couple. I like the Shaved Duck in St Louis best out of the ones we have tried!

Hammerheads and their kin are just a cool fish. Closest I came to catching one was my brother landing a small bonnethead shark.

I like mako, but their populations were in a state of decline. The Atlantic sharpnose sharks we caught in VA were both abundant and delicious.
