    I’ve built two houses in st charles county. Simple process. Look for the red dot on the plat map. It indicates the property is in the flood plane or it was in the flood plane before they backfilled it.

    If you go to st charles Salt and Smoke bbq is good. Both fly shops are ok. I buy from both. Just like any other retail outlet.

    Thx! I’m at Taney and the house is ok. Our mill and heavy fab shops were shut down because the roads were flooded. 11 inches is what I heard.

    It was probably 9:30 when went from 86 to indian point. There were bass boats everywhere. I watch them come in to Clevenger every morning. Most of them around 6 am or a little after.

    We went out on an early boat ride yesterday morning from Clevenger to cricket creek at. 7 am and there were boats fishing every point and some had two boats on them. Several on the 86 bridge. We putted around for several hours but I never saw a fish get caught and I was watching. Did see one guy buzzing a shadow bank down by cricket. The rest were offshore looking at TV screens.

    I go Smallie fishing quite a bit when home. I’m at Taney for a few weeks now. Rivers are so low I probably wouldn’t pester them until we get rain. I’d be up for that especially fall through winter. PM me if you want.

    St charles county where I live has had an initiative to build more affordable housing so we don’t run into the employment gap produced by housing prices. They’ve been doing it now for a decade. No sales tax in Montana either.

    I’m over in Hollister and I can’t find anyone selling homegrown veggies anywhere. They told me the farmers market on Saturday is about it. In my area back in st charles county you can’t drive 2 miles without seeing a table out full of at tomatoes for sale. I’ve asked around and people look at me like I’m nuts. I don’t get it🤷‍♂️
