I've learned a lot watching MLF the past couple years and used some of it Saturday. I caught fish in one area and had moved to another location that looked similar. When I didn't get bit I went right back to the first spot and just worked them over. Started with power fishing then slowed down and then went finesse. I caught more fish out of that one area than I have in years. Sometimes I think after I catch a couple there aren't any left but that's just not true.

I was with Gary Flippin below Rim about 20 years ago and we saw rainbows jumping out of the water onto the bank. A pack of browns had a bunch of stockers corralled up and every so often one for the browns would charge in and grab one. I caught the brown in my profile picture near there a couple years later on a streamer. Just over 27 inches.

4 tracks on Dardenne Creek. Going upstream, St. Peter’s, the old Mid Rivers which is now a subdivision, Old Hickory which is across the creek from mid rivers and Links of Dardenne. A guy could scramble down the bank at any of them. I guess technically pheasant run is near it if you stay in the park. Dardenne had a fish kill at hwy K when the treatment plant sprung a leak about 10 years ago. -
@Quillback I just looked at the time stamp. You win. Martin’s smoked up north last year dropping shot. I’ll send over the third party out of state check for the next one. 😆

Been low carb for almost 4 years. Lost 27 and kept it off. I rarely have more than 2-3 grams of sugar a day. Carbs run 24-30 grams per meal and that's greens and potato starch. Wheat once a week for my treat which is always pizza otherwise no wheat. If I start to get the urge to eat in the evening I tell myself you can eat all the protein you want and that usually kills it.

Okay how can the local news say "A tornado is on the ground" and the next day......Nothing!! We clearly saw rotation south of us where they said spotters saw the tornado on the ground. I understand the need for safety but they are sensationalizing these events so much it's getting to be crying wolf every time. Storms sweep through St. Louis but don't do big damage

I’m sorry you got hit. They’ve come near us but so far so good. I used the radar Saturday to get my boat out and get in the truck before a front came through. Only down side was I got swarmed black flies. They bit every exposed skin I had including around my eyes in my ears and over all my head. I’m all swollen even today. If it wasn’t for the ridiculous sun clothes it would have been way worse. I'll be curious to see if there is any significant damage this morning. On my way in the work this morning I saw some wet ground trees blown over but that's pretty common.

We have a tornado on the ground just south of us maybe a mile. We watched the system go by us. Quick down pour and of course high winds. Not much rain. Golf ball hail down the road.
