  1. Of course I would. It would take me from now till never to pay you back for all of the fish you've put me on. As much as it pains me to say it, you're a great guy. 😁
  2. ^^^ Herein lies the real reason I haven’t been fishing much lately. I can practically beach my boat in the upper reaches of the rivers and first time I get a bite, here comes Bill right up my nose trying to horn in on my action. Doesn’t fish shallow, my foot!!! 😆😂
  3. Looks like a good product, 96 CHAMP. Yours too Wrench. 😀
  4. Once again, this forum is just eons beyond anything else on the internet ... how many others have fisheries biologists as members? And Jeremy is also a concerned angler ... best of both worlds. Thanks for all you contribute, sir.
  5. Donna and I were all set to go tomorrow (Friday). Work has kept us off the water way longer than we'd like. A/C guy came out today to do a seasonal tuneup on our 3-year-old heat pump ... replaced a valve under warranty and added freon. An hour after he left, the darn thing was blowing marginally cool air and wouldn't cool the house lower than 76. So, tomorrow morning, instead of fishing, we sit here and wait for him to come back and fix what he screwed up. You guys owe me because I have a feeling that, unlike my house, the bite is going to cool way down if I ever I get up there.
  6. I like your report better. Brett speaks with forked tongue. Or types with forked fingers. 😝 Great job rounding some up during what can be a hard time of year.
  7. This is strong river fishing overview info that should be filed away for future reference. You said a mouthful there, bo. Good stuff.
  8. Dave’s had his hands full with family health issues. We hope he’ll be back to making Ozark Finesse heads soon.
  9. Amen and amen. Every one that dies is potentially a whole lot of them lost down the road.
  10. If you don't tournament fish, it's really, really a good idea not to carry fish around in your livewell.
  11. Dadgummit, Bill … those contraptions cost in the neighborhood of $4,000 a set. The boys have got to get some use out of 'em sometime! What kind of jerseys were they sporting? 😂
  12. The Mikey is a good one. Both sizes.
  13. Is that the LGBT model since it has a rainbow tail? 😆
  14. Great job guys.
  15. Holy pink pterodactyls Batman.
  16. Losing those guys is hard indeed.
  17. Flew right over their heads like Halley's Comet. 😂
  18. Nice morning, Randy. Thanks for the report.
  19. Look, why don't you take your testosterone and to borrow your own phrase, go "put up or shut up." Get your checkbook out, join a regional tournament circuit and go see how you stack up. There are ample opportunities to direct all of that competitive energy toward folks who are more than willing to let you show them how good you are. I have no interest in indulging your whim for a throwdown over whatever perceived beef you have with me. Now you're taking cheap shots at Wrench. Heck, why not call out Babler, too? He's second on that list that I posted … right between me and Wrench. As I said earlier in this thread, I'm working 60 hours a week right now and have little time to fish. Therefore, no, I haven't posted a report recently. Pretty self-explanatory, I would think. When I get time to fish again, I'll be happy to post my results -- good or bad. I won't give locations but I'll be happy to talk about patterns, depth range, lures, etc.
  20. What is fun/friendly about wrongfully accusing a person of not contributing any information to the forum or saying he has "no attributes other than to run his mouth"? Fact is, I'm the top-ranked member on this board, as the attached screen grab shows. I've shared a ton of info with a lot of people on this board … taken a bunch of them fishing to help them learn. And I'd do every bit of it again. What I won't do is continue to post free information about specific bites going on in specific areas of the lake. I'd be happy to do that if it was limited to consumption by members alone, but this site is hit hard by drive-by guys who never join or contribute one bit of information. They simply leech what our members post for use in tournaments or to go saw the sides off whatever they can catch. I'm happy to give out specific info in PM's and I frequently do. Heck, I'd even share with you, should you have need of whatever little I might happen to know. Just don't wrongly accuse me of not being a productive member here.
  21. I must respectfully decline. My present 60-plus hours a week work schedule doesn’t allow me to take my loved ones fishing, much less some stranger that you feel needs to tag along in my boat because you feel I’m not trustworthy. I also don’t see why the challenger should pick the lake, hours, launch spot, etc. Seems you feel the need to stack the deck in your favor. Anyway, I’m honored to be tops on your list and to occupy a place of scorn in your head. Maybe someday.
  22. As I understand it and has been explained to me by tournament directors, the law covers all docks owned/leased/controlled by the marina, whether there is a gas pump or store on that particular dock or not. That's what the maps show. But no sir, I'm not saying it applies to ANY other docks … dock owners association or whatever. Unless it is a marina-owned/operated dock and is included in the Corps maps, it is open to fishing by you, me and anyone else who wants to get in line. Even the Corps law is worded to carefully say that no one else can legally post "no fishing" signs on a dock. Apologies for any misunderstanding.
  23. That’s the spirit... to heck with the law. Laws are just for the rest of us. 😆
  24. The way I see it is pretty black and white. No fishing within 50 feet of a marina dock, which includes not only their retail sales docks but also their storage docks. There are a gazillion other docks on the lake to fish. Or can some of us only catch marina pets? Rules are rules. And cell phone cameras are good for recording violators.
  25. Yes, it’s an actual law and it applies all the time. Go to webboutdoors.com and look up Corps of Engineers Commercial Zone Off Limits. There are detailed maps of every such zone on Table Rock Lake. Bass fishermen get a bad enough rap already that we don’t need further scorn caused by those who won’t abide by the rules.
