When I talk to myself I'm usually not online. I'm not sure this is needed either, especially if there is a cost involved.

I don't think that we have a bunch of members that fish that lake. But it is a good bass fishing lake. Better for bass than musky and crappie. And if I had to choose only one lake to bass fish in the state of Missouri then this would be the one. I don't get on it like I used to so I don't have any report for you but I promise you it's a good lake.

Right there with you. Haven't been out as much as what I had planned. Tried to start the year off in a big way and spent a 3 day fishing trip sitting on a couch after a big slip and fall within a couple of hours of arriving. Hasn't got much better since then. Bring on 2016!!

It would be nice if they would make an extra meeting that's an online presentation. I agree that it's probably better to meet in person if you have respectable attendees but for some people it's not possible to attend. You have the ability to see them and their presentation. You can Poll everyone on the meeting. You can have tests, distribute materials. You have the ability to let people ask questions or give their comments. It has chat built in so they can add comments. It's so easy to do that it's ridiculous that they don't offer that as another option. I do this every single day with people all over the country. It works.

The problem is that every time they get close to finding you the bear just drags you a little further away.

That would be a dumb move. Football is played for fans. If there are no fans there is no football. If you are stinking it up then maybe you deserve it. When you are doing a great job you love the fans chanting your name and yelling and slipping you some cash on the side. But with that comes the bad. It can't be all great all the time, especially if you suck. Look at the way the Indianapolis fans treated Andrew Luck. It's at all levels.

Headed on a float trip years ago and stopped at the McDonalds in Strafford. My buddy left his wallet laying on the fender of the trailer. He didn't remember it until we were on the other side of Lebanon. It was still sitting on the fender of the trailer.

I've crossed paths with Ralph at Roaring River several times over the years. He was a great guy and extremely interesting to talk to. Always enjoyed seeing him walking my way to explain why I wasn't catching anything. He will be missed.
