We use a leaf blower to get it to those temps. Blow it in the bottom vent and fire shoots out of the top like a jet engine.

Yeah that sounds easy. Now lets make it real. It's 3pm. It's dark like 3am. The wind is blowing at least 40mph, probably gusting 60ish. Lightning crashing all around. And it's raining. I mean really raining. The ramp is about 90 degrees to the wind. The courtesy dock is down wind. You can't see anything. I'm trying to get my dad's attention to kick off the reverse lights. The trailer is totally submerged and seconds later it's like it's bone dry. I'm timing it perfectly except for the occasionally big gust. Huge wind with lots of rain. I can't see anything at all. What's happening? And that's when I parked a 19 foot Champion bass boat on top of a courtesy dock. I was 23 or 24 at the time. Totally hate the wind to this day.

My sister lives in a place like that near KC. They think it's the greatest thing ever. I think it's weird that you can sit in their living room and see the neighbors sitting in theirs. You could easily have a conversation with them. I just don't understand spending that kind of money to live that close to anyone. Just get an apartment.

Guy down the street has a new electric one. I'll probably buy onw when the husky dies. But I could never live in a place that has rules like that.

I absolutely hated loading a boat in the wind. I would hate trying to do it in current. Especially with some of the angles I see. I guess I won't be getting a river boat.

Well if you want to make chump change you are right. Good luck with that. I did it for a few years kind of like you are talking about. I created training videos and was paid a decent wage. Meanwhile there’s folks making hundreds of thousands of dollars creating videos for the masses on YouTube. Photographers making six figures on gear review videos. Ladies with housecleaning videos making 300k a year with a team of people helping her. If you have to put in the time you should be the one getting the most benefit.

Because the only way to start making any money on YouTube is having enough followers. You have to have a certain number to even be able to start monetizing. To do that you have to be dedicated to creating good content on a regular basis. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.

Well you don’t need a sponsor to make money on YouTube. But you do have to be committed to it.

I drove by this Boat Works today. I was about to turn in the parking lot when I spotted the Cobra sitting next to the entrance. I got scared and sped away. I can't buy a bass boat for 3 years. That was a close one.

My dad started pulling me behind his tube when I was 8. When I was 9 he would unhook me occasionally. By the time I was 10 I was on my own. Loved fishing out of those tubes. That’s why I don’t mind fishing sitting down. Not my preference but I learned to bass fish sitting on my butt so it really doesn’t bother me.

The reason there is animosity is displayed in the hostile ignorant comments here. You can’t fix stupid.
