  7. Well Done friend. I hope you and Becky get well quick. I will be out again tomorrow out of baxter. I think I will burn some fuel and head to the SK area of the lake. My brother and I did not do well right around Baxter Sunday.
  8. Thank you Mark. God speed on your recovery!
  9. Thank you for sharing your story. Skin cancer is no joke. I lost my father in 6 weeks after his diagnosis. I wear long sleeve sun shirts most of the time on the water. I know it is hard to say, but we are not invincible. Stay safe brothers and sisters!

  13. Sounds like a long day for me, but I will be there! Bringing my custom hand tied jigs with me. All shapes and sizes $4 each. All my profits support a local youth ministry as a scholarship for summer camp.
  14. Any thought on moving event yet? High of 40 on Saturday.
  15. I recently stayed at Quail Cove. Nice people and good rates. The Steak Inn is fantastic. Fishing is WAY BELOW AVERAGE IN THAT AREA! LOL!!! NO FISH THERE! 😀
  16. Licking my wounds from this weekend. Hopefully Walters gets me a few more points. Anyone know what happen to Menendez?
  17. Well....slow start for me and I switched Crews out late last night! Should have kept to my gut
  18. I love the Falcon Cara Cranker for my Rock Crawlers.
  19. Happy Birthday friend! Hope the year brings you much happiness and health!
  20. I am in this year. Jim (@stinger160) is a “snow bird” this year so I am not 100% he will be in town. Might be flying solo, but love see all you guys.
  21. I was talking with @stinger160 about our trips on Table Rock versus lakes up in the Kansas City area. We are so comfortable putting the boat in 50-70 feet and fishing all weekend, and when it is available we will go shallow for the Crawler or Blade bite. However, at home, we stay shallow almost all year. It seems strange to venture out to 15-20 feet deep. We both agree we need to venture out and fish deeper on our local pressured lakes. There are probably some big sacks to be caught that are rarely targeted. Just interesting to reflect on my own behavior fishing based upon the body of water.
  22. I am blessed to have learned a bit from both of you personally and on the forum. Thank you for all you do.
  23. I use the VMC Mooneye jighead and the Armor Shad, and it is a pretty inexpensive rig
  24. Well done!
