  1. Yikes, that's a big jump in price.
  2. Yep good for him, I watched some of the live coverage the last day and Neal is about as laid back for a guy leading for a $100K check can be. Watched him land several 3+ smallies on a drop shot rig, they'd pull drag and run around and Neal was cool as a cucumber.
  3. They look to be close to reaching the top of power pool.
  4. So far 14-15. We'll probably get a few more as we get closer.

    Arkansas!

You Mizzou-ites probably didn't notice, but the Hogs beat Texas this week.
  6. Sorry to hear that, hope it works out for you!
  7. That's some good fishing, thanks for the report!
  8. Angler Sets State Record with Giant Crappie - Wired2Fish.com
  9. Congrats to them for a fine showing! Bring him on over to Table Rock for the Bo James Memorial tournament on October 16.
  10. Hey, need a volunteer to be the weigh-in person. We'll have 2 plaques, one for biggest bass and one for biggest 3 bass limit. I have one of those MLF scales, and I guess the best way to weight the 3 bag limit would be to put them in a tourney bag and weigh them with the scale.
  11. I'll bring dogs and buns, small charcoal grill, charcoal and lighter fluid. I will also bring hand sanitizer.
  12. Michael Neal - 120 lbs. 36 bass, works out to be better than a 3 lb. average, that's some fishing. Wheeler not too far behind him. St. Clair is a lake I want to fish someday.
  13. More B-24's were manufactured than B-17's.
  14. Thanks for the report, it has been a while since I have been over to Beaver. Neat aircraft, you'd think it would be tough for them to get enough room to land on take off as busy at the lake must have been.
  15. Ahhh, the Big TRD, didn't know it existed, but that looks like it has potential for sure combined with the Flatlands head.
  16. Curtis this could've been you. @curtisce Lake Oahe, 7 lb. 4 ounce, 20.75 inches.
  17. A couple for Mr. Folly: A man walks into a pet store and asks for a dozen bees. The clerk carefully counts 13 bees out onto the counter. "That's one too many!" says the customer. The clerk replies, "It's a freebie." The wife and I took up woodworking. A friend said he didn't know we were carpenters. We told him, "We've only just begun."
  18. Dang, those are some nice trout!
  19. I planted onions one time from sets, planted them in the spring and they came in well. I planted what was supposed to be some sort of super sweet variety but the onions I got were just plain old white onions, nothing special about them. If they had been really sweet like Vidalias I would plant them again, but as you all have noted, plain white onions are cheap at the store.
  20. Had one buzzing about 50 feet above me one day while fishing Beaver a couple of years ago. It hung around me for a good 15 minutes. Didn't know I was that attractive.
  21. Sorry to hear that you'll have to give her away, cute dog.
