    After a two week hiatus it felt good to be back on Beaver. Released two 23” to grow bigger . Crawlers on spinners caught the majority but did get two on a spoon and jig .

    Take big zip ties and put under the buttons you don’t use…that pedal is too narrow , I emailed and complained and their reply was they have had lots of complaints about size of pedal….when Livescope for crappie I zip tie my spot lock button so I don’t engage it while scoping …..reading Bobby issues I guess I should be glad my only issue is a narrow pedal 😃.

    Heading to Devils Lake week after next for 6 days of walleye fishing , things may change by the time I get back on Beaver.

    We had over 20 walleye yesterday bouncers with a crawler, switched over to spoons once we ran out of crawlers ….only 3 keepers though.

    How did the last NWT tournament go for you? Would give us a summary of your year? I fished the PWT two years on Bull and it was a blast to fish with those guys .

    I caught this yellow bass while targeting walleye yesterday, I’ve caught them out of Beaver while crappie fishing but never had caught one out of TR.

    Does anyone know a ball park price on Seadek ? I’ve contacted two businesses that install for an idea what it might cost and neither will reply….I know exact measurements are needed for price but surely a ball park price is doable ….two years ago an estimate of $1,200 for my boat with new carpet that’s probably higher now .

    There is walleye being caught now from Long Creek to Beaver Dam ….Flats and points are the usual haunts….I troll and jig for them….it’s been a great year! ….I know that’s a broad area (the whole lake ) but they are everywhere.

    Bill, the anti-bounce you’re referring to is that the stabilizer rod that came with motor or something else? my stabilizer rod will not get tight, zero stabilization.

    Last minnows I picked up from there it was first week of July I had three dozen minnows in my Engel bait cooler last 3 days and could’ve lasted longer . I was impressed.

    I really like mine my only complaint has been the spot lock isn’t as accurate as the Ultrex I have . Stabilizer bar will not lock in place that’s very irritating. I’d choose the Garmin over the Ultrex .
