  1. any idea how many hours?
  2. As a habit I do not pay for any jobs before they are done.
  3. I suspect he is talking about cursing at people in an office/professional/customer service oriented field. I would not let someone work on my vehicle/boat/utv that never curses
  4. My side by sides dont normally sit that long but occasionally they will sit for a month with regular gas in them. my wifes runs 5-7k rpm basically any time its running those motors will turn 10k rpm tho
  5. I hope the contrator told him to pound sand
  6. who is running their outboards at 5-6k rpm for hours at a time? The only people I can think of are offshore fishing guides, who never have fuel sitting in their tanks more than a day or two.
  7. the ethanol mandates were a great way to make our elected officals rich.
  8. I agree. Ethanol isn't the end all issue with fuel. IMO mtbe(fuel additive) has been increased in fuel and caused most issues. Ethanols biggest issue is its ability to draw water into fuel and keep it suspended, that and drying out rubber parts not made to be protected from it IMO
  9. The cloudy is water suspended I am about certain. When everyone had carbureted atvs we spent tons of time cleaning gas tanks and carbs from fuel that had drawn water in it
  10. Haha, yah. I tell you what, if you add two stroke oil to gas it makes the shelf life grow tremendously I have found. I only run non-ethanol in my boats/generators/etc and have had gas sit in a tank for a year and be fine.
  11. IMO that looks like regular ole old gas. been sitting in a tank too long
  12. thats the big thing. They have to hold water until flooding drops.
  13. .5hr per Alldata, which means it takes about 15 minutes.
  14. https://waterdata.usgs.gov/ar/nwis/uv/?site_no=07047980&PARAmeter_cd=00065,00060 Looks like the lakes will all be full up.
  15. I grew up in Navasota and old Washington
  16. Welcome! What part of texas were you from? Lots of good eating fish in those pictures.
  17. My experience with chain pickerel is they are extremely aggressive and like to lay in wait in grass for food to come by. They will follow a bait a long ways and strike too. I have camped on the 11pt(between riverton and the narrows) on a gravel bar but it was in august. Just keep an eye on weather in the area.
  18. thats amazing.
  19. I went after work with the plan of burning the last of the fuel from the boat and looking for some white bass. Found them up in a creek. Pretty sure they are just starting to come up into the creeks because I caught quite a few males on a point down the creek, but caught a few females up pretty good. Had fresh fish for dinner.

  22. There's no way I could try to tag everyone I have met over the years on here. I have had some great times for sure and pray that they continue.
  23. whats funny is the top one is completely reliant on the bottom one for it to work at all.
