Sac River Jim Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I always said some the best fishermen in the country live right here in this area. Buster just justified my statement. good for you Buster.
Bill Babler Posted February 20, 2014 Author Posted February 20, 2014 Im betting casting two times took all 20 minutes! Can't help but wonder why Buster was in the camera boat to begin with. Buster was hired for the camera boat, another guide was instructing the talent. Both the guide and his taslent were having a hard time. I think he backlashed on his first cast, so it took two. This deal here will probably go down in infamy. Unless you have had the chance to fish with that fiend, you just have no idea how good he is with that jerkbait rod. He has kicked my behind so many times I have conveniently forgotten the number. Good Luck http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com

Ron Burgundy Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Revo, sounds like In-Fisherman to me. Gone but not forgotten Martin Ford
ryan Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 No doubt there is a plethora of fishing talent here in the Ozarks.
Feathers and Fins Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 Priceless. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Beaver-Lake-Arkansas-Fishing-Report/745541178798856
RSBreth Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 This is why I always bristle at the idea that a single fishing report (or good Lord forbid an actual picture or two of the big ones in the fishing report) will bring a ton of pressure to any body of water. Sure, someone might think "Hey - I'll go down there and hammer them this weekend" - but of course the next day things have changed, and if it's a really refined technique (suspending jerks count as that) they will come away very disappointed. Will they try again the next day? Maybe. Probably same result, too. Will they be back? Hmm. Don't know. Perseverance seems to be discouraged these days. Much more easy to hop on a hotter (easier) bite somewhere else or when it warms up in a month or two. The Walleyes of upper B.S are for the best of the best - I consider myself pretty good on Black Bass year-round but they still kick my butt, often. I wouldn't bet against Buster.
Quillback Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 This is like Babe Ruth calling that home run.
Hunter53 Posted February 21, 2014 Posted February 21, 2014 That is very funny! Wish there was some way you could tell us which show though. I would like to make sure to see any shows about TR and Bull. Dang TV guide thing seems to never tell you enough about the show to know where they are fishing so I am sure I miss a bunch. Can you give any hints at least; such as is the show usually more focused on bass, walleye or a lot of different species? Is it one of the more well known shows?
