Mike Anderson is making more money than all of us who posted on this thread combined. He isn't stupid, and living big. And Sturgeon Bay is number 1 according to BASS because that is where their AOY championship is this year. $$$$$$$ Last year the number 1 was St. Claire, and when they went there the fish were sick, and the winners went to Erie or Huron. Believe what you want, but use some common sense.

Threw it a bit by my fish were never looking up. No doubt it will catch chasers on the next trip.

The spy bait stuff should be a fairly good choice in heavy wind. That little bait throws a ton. You should be able to keep the rod tip down and wind slowly. I've gotten bit everytime I've fished it, but not near enough of those bites have been bass. Or walleye.
