Quillback Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 There's several things on sale in the flyer I would like to purchase online. Based on what I see on the website and in the flyer, the sale should start today - but I don't see any sale prices on their website. Is this instore only? Really don't want to make the drive. Flyer makes it sound like you can buy most of the stuff online, but it's not clear. Website offers little info. Anyone know what is going on as far as online sales?
Seth Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 I know the $50 Pro Qualifier reels are an in store only deal. I'm going to drive an hour and a half to BPS after work to hopefully snag a few. That's really the only thing in the flyer than peaks my interest. Also, I may grab a spool of Stren Original since it's so cheap. I've always been a Trilene XL/XT guy. Codywskeeter1521 1
willyfish Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 My guess is they want you to walk the store and pick something else up to buy.
willyfish Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Quick ? Are those reels they got for $50 worth the effort? I'm going to buy a new Lews but at $50 I might pick one up. Jeremy Rasnick 1
tho1mas Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Try the Bass Pro chat line found on their web site. It is usually pretty fsat.
Members dmorgan66 Posted February 6, 2015 Members Posted February 6, 2015 A lot of the sale items are in store only. If you want one of the Pro Qualifier reels at $50 you should have been there when the doors opened and be at the head of the line. Each store only gets so many. Olathe Bass Pro store was sold out in less than an hour. No rain checks. Call before you travel!
Blll Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 Worked for BP back in Chicago for 15 years. It was always a mystery to us on stock allocation. Often even when we had plenty of product, there would be no limit on purchases and someone would buy all we had, Next guy was always mad. Could never understand spending advertising money and having customers leaving pissed off. Perfect stocking is to have one left after the ad is over. Then everybody is happy. Heading to Springfield on Monday with the Wife,a list, and crossed fingers.
Champ188 Posted February 6, 2015 Posted February 6, 2015 QB, this is a community issue and like KVD told Iaconelli when he infringed on his water last summer, "You are not part of the community." Why? Because you run a Brand X boat. However, if you're nice to me, I might call Johnny on his cell and see if I can get him to let you buy online at in-store only prices. After all, being a Ranger owner, I'm part of the "family" now. Of course, he might make you sign an affidavit to buy a Nitro next time around. And wear a jersey. crazy4fishin and Sac River Jim 2

They are a solid reel and a great price for a dual brake bait caster. -- JimIf people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles. -- Doug Larson
