Interesting. Never have liked cauliflower. My wife wanted wings tonight. Decided to bake them instead of fry. 450 for about an hour did the trick. I never noticed before but every wing in the pack was from the same side of the chicken. Guess they pack better that way.

You know Gavin I only liked it raw. Well when trying this recipe the head right out of the oven after roasting smelled pretty good. I tasted it as the Mrs. was breaking it apart. Not too shabby I thought. Good and healthy until the sauce was made including 6 tablespoons of butter :) . That took it over the top.... I will revisit the roasting and eating part again. Need to transition to better healthy foods sometimes,

Looks good. Live chicken wings. They started breeding single winged birds to keep them from flying away. Also makes for a meatier wing😁!

Made some Loaded Tater Soup last night. Added a bit of celery and jalapeno for flavor and texture. Turned some of the leftovers to potato pancakes this morning. Just added some eggs and fried. I thought they were even better than the soupIMG_1156.JPGIMG_1157.JPGIMG_1158.JPG

It probably doesn't count as actually cooking but dinner tonight is Castello double cream blue cheese, Johnsonville beef summer sausage, crackers and a Leaky Roof Cyser.  It seems to work for me.
