It was a standing joke in our family that no matter who made it everyone said “it doesn’t have enough sauce”.  It started when my dad was carping to my mom about that then the sauce ran down his shirt.  Nothing like all your kids laughing at you while your just smirks.  😂.  That one looks great!

We had fend for yourselves leftover night. I found some cooked spaghetti in the fridge. I made a cheese sauce with shredded Colby jack, provolone, and parmesan cheese. Started by using melted butter and the shredded cheese then added some milk to make it a sauce. Once creamy added the provolone and parmesan. Tossed in the noodles to warm through and some cracked black pepper.

I was watching a cooking show and they said shredded cheese has cellulose in it to keep from clumping.  The guy said to avoid it for any recipe calling for melted cheese.  After that we’ve been grating our own he’s right. It makes a difference without the wood pulp.

Wife hiding from rain in her deerstand.  Grandson and dog Watchung tv and probably sharing scrambled eggs and sausage.  Me I am having some over easy eggs, a slice of muenster cheese, pre cooked sausage patties, and salsa.  That will get your system jump started on a rainy deer season opener.
