They actually have no bitterness. Like grilling an onion, it turns them sweeter.

I guess you technically don’t grill them, I wrap in foil and toss on the grill for about an hour until soft and mushy. A little S&P and wow!

I love turnips but haven't tried them thay way.  Sadly this year with everything that was happening I didn't get any planted.  My son used to love it when I would cut them like steak fries and coat them with a breading mix and deep fry, not my favorite way but he sure liked them that way.

I really like fried zucchini and cauliflower.

Yesterday breakfast Dutch baby pancake and hickory smoked bacon. This morning was an egg, Swiss, and bacon sammich on everything bagel.

Most likely. It’s been trending for about 3-4 years but has really started getting traction in the last year or two. 
 

Another favorite is Eye of Round. Fabulous for smoking and slicing thin for sandwiches!!
