This post is all about my Betterhalf. If you want a super flavorful and simple "Alfredo sauce" she has one perfected😁.

This was a shrimp "Alfredo".

She cooks diced onions in a tablespoon of butter until translucent (could substitute shallots or add some minced garlic). Then she adds in the shrimp and cooks until they a close to done. Here's the best part, she adds in an entire round of Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese spread.

Once melted she will thin with some heavy cream (could add white wine when cooking the shrimp). Continues cooking and once at consistency she wants adds in the pasta, mixes, and serves. Couldn't  be any easier. No grainy parmesan to deal with. Maybe not a traditional "Alfredo" but works for us 👍

Prok loin and roasted vegetables. Used warm spice blend, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and garlic powder. Also seasoned the parsnips, butternut squash and onion.

I love meatloaf, about as good cold as warm to me.  I nearly always make a sammich out of it and my wife makes a dang good one too.  Pretry sure she never has a recipe but good all the same.
