rps Posted February 21, 2024 Posted February 21, 2024 Not Your Mother's Meatloaf with sauteed spinach. Nancy test drove an Irish style soda bread we are prepping for a cooking demo. Really good stuff! Daughter volunteered to take home the meatloaf remainder. No compliment better than that. nomolites, Terrierman, BilletHead and 1 other 4
Daryk Campbell Sr Posted February 21, 2024 Posted February 21, 2024 Homeade Pizza tonight. The bacon is not burnt, just could not get good lighting. These slid right out of the cast iron. Really good pizzas over all. I.greased upmthe skillets with butter, covered it with fish fry, I was out of corn meal. Pillsbury pizza dough dry packs, marinara sauce, topped with cooked sausage, pepperoni, cheese, black olives and partially pre cooked bacon. Baked at The cutter was a great investment, Walmart special. rps Posted February 22, 2024 Posted February 22, 2024 Nancy was feeling poorly. Allergies had her gooey and tired. I decided to make something she might even be able to taste. Shrimp scampi. Daryk Campbell Sr, ness and BilletHead 3

Leave that nasty corn meal or whatever else out of it. Grease your skillets and make your pizzas. Once they are made, slide them out of the skillet. Grease it again and put it in the over to preheat. Once they are good and hot, pull them out of the oven and carefully slide the pizza back in the skillet. You should hear the dough sizzling. Then pop them back in the oven to finish.
