ness Posted October 4 Author Posted October 4 As my tiny little baby brother called it: meef oaf. Ketchup, mustard and brown sugar glaze, just like Betty Crocker taught me. Mashed taters with twice the recommended dosage of butter, and some Pioneer brown gravy, ‘cause I got no time to make real gravy. rps, Johnsfolly and Quillback 3 John
ness Posted October 4 Author Posted October 4 Just for fun, pick a number between 1 and 1,380 and plug it in where the "Page 1380 of 1380" is at the bottom of this page. We've been at this a long time! Lots of good food, good pics, good descriptions, and good-natured ribbing. BilletHead 1 John

People rave about it, they'll put out 20 of them and they'll be gone in 15 minutes. Couple of weeks ago I broke down and bought one. I can eat meatloaf, but I doubt it would crack the top 100 of my favorite foods. I fell for the hype against my better judgement. It was sort of OK, had a thick coating of some kind of ketchupy red sauce. Cannot figure out how people think it is wonderful meatloaf. They have great fried chicken, I'll stick to that next time I pick up diner there. BilletHead, Daryk Campbell Sr, ness and 1 other 3 1
rps Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I love meat loaf! I need to make one soon. Somewhere in these 1380 pages, I posted how I do mine.

Johnsfolly Posted October 6 Posted October 6 Livie finally found some giant puffballs mushrooms. We harvested three of the mid sized ones that seemed fairly young. We cubed up some and breaded with Panko and served with a spicy aioli. ness, snagged in outlet 3 and nomolites 3
rps Posted October 7 Posted October 7 A recent set of posts inspired me. Sheet pan meatloaf my way ready for the oven. The glaze is mostly mustard with some ketchup and a dash of maple syrup. ness, Johnsfolly and BilletHead 3
