I gotta admit I love our American-Chinese food. I’d likely struggle with Chinese-Chinese food. 

Tonight it was some naked code with lemon pepper and panko. Wedge salad with ranch. Salad won.

I am that way with mexcan, love tex-me but pit a bowl of menudo in front of me and while I love th broth them chunks of tripe just won't go down.  My dad always laughed when we said we wanted Mexican food, no you don't he would say, you want the American Mexican food.

Nice, I can't wait until I get use of arm back, really wanting to fire up the smoker again.

About 8 years ago they cut and repaired my left shoulder. It was "down" about three weeks before surgery. I was lucky, though. I had limited use of it in only a few weeks and, after therapy, I had full range, although I never quite recovered all the strength.

Makes me want to make a sammich with the fried walleye and the green onions on some white breath with butter and maybe a little salsa or honey mustard salad dressing. Mmmmmmm
