Looks great RPS. Cottage pie at our place. No photos but tasty meal.

Something that might interest @BilletHead. The sea bass was coated with a mixture of honey/garlic honey. Then panko. Had to watch since the honey got dark quickly. Very tasty and a technique we will do again. Served with broccoli Rabe and noodles.

  Yesterday we were between Osceola and El dorado springs. Fifty yards from road I spotted one as Pat was driving 55 mph. A well manacured lawn with scattered trees I spotted one. Made Pat turn around I went and checked it out. Too far gone. I would of knocked on door if it was pickable.
