Had to leave out the Jalapenos because it would have been to hot for the wife. I have the same issue with my wife and have to balance the heat carefully. This one will have both steak and ground beef, 3 kinds of beans, appropriate peppers and onions and a secret ingredient shared with my many years ago by a sweet old lady. I also use a 50/50 mix of Ground Chuck and sweet italian sausage. I will post my recipe later today, for anyone to try.
