I made it last week. Was a new recipe, I tried, It turned out Great. Had to leave out the Jalapenos because it would have been to hot for the wife. But it still had a little heat and was meaty and spicy.

I have the same issue with my wife and have to balance the heat carefully.

This one will have both steak and ground beef, 3 kinds of beans, appropriate peppers and onions and a secret ingredient shared with my many years ago by a sweet old lady. My Texas buddies give me grief over my chili because I include beans---LOL.

What do they know?

From Texas we know Chili. But I do use beans also. I also use a 50/50 mix of Ground Chuck and sweet italian sausage.

I will post my recipe later today, for anyone to try.

Hmmmm? I think I like the idea of the sweet sausage. Need to think about that. My wife puts it in her Ziti.

Looks like a rain day and the wife says its time for me to make my world famous chili!

Pictures will be presented.

Great minds thinking alike. My chili is in the crock pot.

ANd it has started: my chili has been referred to as more like a chili stew. I can live with that.
