          Ham and Mushroom Pizza Bianca.

 Good stuff right here people. Made the dough and the white sauce. We have never made the white sauce before, but it was easy, and I think it will be made again and will give some pasta a dunk in it. Full of neat ingredients. The ham part was prosciutto and the mushrooms thin sliced baby portobellos.  Cheese in the sauce parm and layered mix of parm and mozzarella.  Dough precooked on stovetop, flipped and other side done too. Then topped and slid in 500-degree oven to finish off. Enough dough left to make another tomorrow during the chief's game so we might have a repeat or at least another pizza of something. 

   Topped and ready for baking. 

       Pulled and cut we each killed a pie each.

 With mine a bottle of New Glarus Wisconsin Belgin Red beer and Pat New Glarus Raspberry tart beer. We have a friend who has been working up there. Gifted us a 12-pack sampler and three seasonal brews also. What a guy, friend indeed!

Took a day off to cook & clean ducks. Turkey & rice soup, Taco soup, breasted, and plucked some ducks.

Sesame salmon rice bowl tonight.

          In Springfield this morning and did a Sam's club run. Picked up some Ahi tuna steaks. Four pack mark down price of 16 bucks. I though sounded high when Pat reminded me you can't get a hamburger meal for four bucks each.  So we worked up a pan of crispy parmesan roasted potatoes. there is a stick of butter, Italian seasoning and parm cheese those halved taters are floating around in.

   When this was about done I seared the tuna and Pat made a salad,

Marinated, roasted wings with saffron/curry rice, and a bit of roughage.

Havent had much to post for a while.  Went fishing for while and posted a complete goose egg.  Came home and tossed some debunked and tenderized T bone steaks for a gast sear on the Blackstone.  For some reason I have Avery attentive furry friend.

          Asian theme today,

  First thing this afternoon we did egg rolls. Pork to be exact,

 

     Heated up a kettle of peanut oil and fried them,

       Some were eaten because preparing the main meal is going to take a bit, some will be kept in fridge for snacking and some frozen for later,

   Later we began to prep for Chinese orange wild turkey. Rice in the rice cooker and then turkey was fried crisp. Then all brought together in a sauce until thickened,

 Plated over rice and chowed down. Good day for cooking inside.

Little Asian spin on tonight's meal. A reprise of my wife's orange chicken. Added sauted broccoli and snap peas. Served over basmati rice.
