I think I posted this before.  Toastight.  My daughter is a lifeguard at a summer camp every week and I like to send her off with a good meal.  This one has bacon and velveeta cheese.  The cheese is molten hot on the inside and it seals the edges.  You can mix it up and even make "gourmet" versions.  I like toasted cheese with pickles in it!!

You got to love grilled pork!

Ness - here is what I used on my pork chops. I can't take credit for the glazes since they were store bought. I started by sprinkling with the veggie grill mix and then the Chinese five spice on both sides of the chops. I cooked the chops and glazed once I flipped them on the grill. The glaze was a 1:1 mix of the apricot/ginger and the Maggi sweet chilli sauces.

Sounds interesting. Thanks.

Oh man! I used to do that too! Talk about thick and gooey!

It's a little tricky and messy but put some Miricle Whip in the inside of the slices and add a slice of garden fresh tomato with the bacon and Velveeta. DANG!!

Chief if you read any of my posts you will know that I would have to start grill training with something small like Vienna Sausage and grilled pearl onions.

Actually grilled Vienna sausage with grilled pearl onions matched with sauted baby patty pan squash with baby carrots followed with a microgreen salad sounds pretty good. Must be lunch time.
