All looks great! Too busy to cook 6 days a week, so eating whatever is available, and out often. Most is indifferent food, decent, edible. Tonight’s dinner was a stand out.. You need to go to Mai Lee in STL. Had the beef seviche #90, wife had #89 savory beef. Both were flat out fantastic! You might not know what you are gonna get but the flavors always exceed our expectations.

Since I couldn’t  go fishing yesterday I put seasoned tomatoes and shallots on the smoker for 20 minutes to get that smoke on em.  Then put in 400 degree oven for half hour and put the boat motor to it for home made sauce.  Browned up Italian sausage while I made Alfredo sauce.

Laid down some red sauce then sausage, more red and a stripe of Alfredo sauce in baking dish.  Baked till bubbly and put a slice of provolone on till melted.  Side hill salad and a red wine.  I took pictures but they looked horrible so I deleted them.

But it did happen just ask my wife😀

What's that red stuff on them eggs???

I hope it is hot sauce and not ketchup.  I an another fellow went to the head shed when we applied for the Apprentice lineman job bid.  We stopped for breakfast and He dumped a half bottle on easy over eggs and mixed the mess into a slurry and proceeded to eat it. I about gaged. I got the bid and proceeded to make lineman and years after that a line foreman with a crew.  He got nothing and later on the boot out the door. So my words of wisdom to all Don't ever, ever put ketchup on your eggs. It follows you forever.

I know the crappy picture problem. Last night the fish burgers decided to fall apart. I tried a new binder method and it sucked. Back to egg as part of the equation. I served the fish hash with salsa and a side of guacamole. I guess I can add it below to show one of my failures.

Tonight I have a strip steak in the sous vide. I have curried cauliflower ready to roast. I have a salad ready to dress. Hopefully, tonight will be picture worthy.

I’m going to hire a social media specialist to get me a stager and photographer. 😀

My pictures never turn out well.   That’s why I just take pictures of the fish in the net.

I am with ya, RPS's bad photos look better than my good ones!  By the time I get something made I am usually so hungry all I can think  is EAT IT NOW.
