Tonight chicken burritos. Sliced chicken cooked with fajita seasoning. Grilled pepper and onions, black beans, rice, cheese with guacamole and sour cream. Rolled in a large tortilla and topped with salsa.

Cleaning the freezer — so Scallops Newberg. Scallops sautéed in butter, set aside. Add sherry and reduce. Add cream and cayenne and bring to temp. Add egg yolks off heat and stir to combine and cook. Add scallops back and heat through. Serve over decapitated toasted slider buns with butter. (Did I mention we were cleaning out the freezer?)

You must have a better freezer than I do.  When I clean mine out I seldom find anything I want to eat.  But the yard dog seems to enjoy freezer clean outs and the resulting meat sickles.
