Fish24/7 Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 Tonight's OMAD, Mexican chicken 4 cheese mini quesadillas, fresh guacamole, lime flavored chips and chunky salsa. Will try to member to post a pic. Been on this OMAD diet for 3 weeks approx. Lost 13 pounds since. I think this is a new lifestyle for me now. Walk 30 min everyday on treadmill. No weight lifting or strenuous exercise. That's too much work 😄 snagged in outlet 3 and ness 2

Really haven't eaten many carbs in a few years. Trying to stay ahead of the curve. Fish24/7 1
Fish24/7 Posted January 13, 2020 Posted January 13, 2020 I try to keep my meal at 800-1000 cal. Any less than that I'm irritable and soooo hungry between meals. Any more than 1000 and it feels like I'm not burning as much reserve during the fast. snagged in outlet 3 1
