oneshot Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 I've seen road blocks set up going down to the Niangua half people going in either getting tickets or being arrested and other half down at the river scared to leave because they knew then would be arrested. Had a girl down there all over my ugly butt just because she was so messed up. I was just wanting to fish, told her she could get arrested she didn't care. Also seen on CA next to camp areas people catch wind right step into the brush and cook their dope. Makes it hard on anyone else camping. oneshot
oneshot Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Oh had bunch move next to me I helped them find their property lines. They informed me not to be on their property or they would shoot me because they was going to grow weed. I thought to myself go ahead idiots. oneshot
fishinwrench Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Man, where are all these dope cooks and hell raisers when I'm around ? I'm either blind or y'all are exaggerating a bit. I see far more "bad behavior" in civilization than I do when out fishing. I can't even remember the last time I had a problem with any of the goings on while out on the waters or in the woods.
Chief Grey Bear Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 So the person that continually throws out more flippant, non factual remarks against law enforcement than Rush does about the Dems, all of the sudden now wants to use a report? Oh I'm more than sure he was as cooperative as he could be because that is what his mother taught him. ollie Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Train wreck here we come! "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
MOPanfisher Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 When it comes to people acting stupid, I was younger once and did some of the same stuff. If it is just me or even my wife, or now that my kids are adults, hey as long as you aren't violent toward us or a danger to us, have at it be stupid. I made the mistake once of taking a group of kids from our church on a float down the Niangua on a weekend. I think the highlight that my daughter will always remember is the drunk chick who relieved herself on the bus ride back to the put in, the river of urine running down the bus floor seems to stick with her. Now bad on me for taking them on a weekend. If you are an adult and you are only risking your own life go for it, if you die on my watch I'll write the report, endanger other folks and I will happily watch you got to jail. Boating/driving while over the legal limit, yep bye bye to jail you go. Want to swim off your dock with a belly full of all the alcahol you can hold, go for it. However once you are "in custody" and no longer on your own it is the resposibility of the arresting officer to see you safely in jail or wherever. Smalliebigs 1

Personally I am going off of witness statements. You apparently saw a report that said he was being mouthy and uncooperative..... Still waiting for the link to that.
Chief Grey Bear Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 Go back a reread the post where I said I had heard he was mouthy. Ahhh yes. The witness. Like in the Michael Brown fiasco? You apparently saw a report that said he was being mouthy and uncooperative..... Still waiting for the link to that. Was that the Moreau family that your speaking of? If so, why did it take them 5 months to speak out? Sounds fishy to me. I think you can find better witnesses than those, if thats who your speaking of. If not, who? TinBoats BassClub. An aluminum only bass club. If interested in info send me a PM.

AGREED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....with virtually everything you just said. Was the kid "mouthy"??? I have no idea....but, whatever he may or may not have said that kid was not properly taken care of once he was cuffed and that is BS.
