grizwilson Posted November 29, 2015 Posted November 29, 2015 Pretty sure Ham will be there for supper Thursday and Friday. If I remember correctly Phil and Duane stayed for supper last year, but with Bill having a trip Saturday he may need to get back, but we can cook early if need be, just play it by ear, will bring plenty of fish of some sort. “If a cluttered desk is a sign, of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign?”- Albert Einstein
Ham Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 I'll commit to visiting Thursday and Friday nights and running a boat on Friday and Saturday. I know SIO3 is going to fish with me at least one day. I have a date night with the wife Saturday night. I will be off the water and running for the house at 5 PM on Saturday. Richard Cross is going to mail me some HD Zig Jigs to give out to everyone. He asks that we please at least try them during the day. He'd like some feedback about how they fish. There are no plans to eliminate the standard Zig Jig, but I think he is curious to see how it does with trout. I see smallmouth bass as my target species with the HD's, but we will see. Terrierman Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 Bob is not likely and Lane got a job, but still not sure of his schedule. It will be me for certain and maybe Lane. As soon as I know, I will post up. Bret, take care of your wife. The White River is not going to dry up anytime soon. We will miss you for certain, but family first, last and always.

snagged in outlet 3 Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 I'll be down Thursday evening sometime depending on work, so don't count on me for dinner Thursday. I will be there Friday night and I'll leave Saturday afternoon. I am bringing salad and a pie fro Friday night. If something else is needed please let me know, I'll be glad to help. Pete
grizwilson Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 If I am counting heads correctly: Thursday: Quill, Phil, Bill, Pete and myself staying (5)($44 each) with Pete likely too late for Supper but Ham should be there. Friday: Quill, Pete, Terrierrman and myself (4)($59 each) for sure with possible Lane, N9Bow plus Ham and maybe Phil & Bill for supper Saturday: Terrierman and myself (2)($118 each) for sure with possible Lane and N9Bow..... Would it be possible to use a smaller unit like the log cabin or bunk lodge rather than the River Villa, as so many have bailed out? Or Cancel Saturday night? I need to leave mid-morning Sunday to start prep for two days of unpleasantness. Rick might expect me to shave and act respectable at $120 each...... ?? LittleRedFisherman Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 I might still be in for this thing fellas, my wife found out today when she called with a question that it's and evaluation if she need surgery on not, so the actual surgery will be scheduled at later date, if it's after the weekend i'll plan on making a showing. When she found this out today she called me and insisted I go on the trip ( I love my wife ) . Anyhow, I wont know for sure until thrusday, wanna be sure in case they do it next day or something? I'll keep you updated.....Bret. Ham and grizwilson 2 There's no such thing, as a bad day fishing!

Griz - I don't know what to say about Saturday night, maybe give Riley's a call and see if they're willing to work something out for you on Saturday night? Explain the situation and see if they'll give you a break. Or maybe move into the bunk house for Saturday night. Looks like Brett may be staying and if N9Bow and Lane stay, then you'll have a 5-way split. Maybe give it another day to see if people's plans firm up. Here's Riley's number 870 425 4221.
snagged in outlet 3 Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 I would be willing to chip in for Saturday night even though I'm leaving. Pete

We will need to see if Phil and Bill will stay for supper? Sure I have enough Suckers, will check what else is in the freezer. I will bring cookers, taters, my tater machine, fish, hush puppies.... We aren't staying for dinner. Bill has a trip on Saturday and I know Bill... he's going to want to be in bed by 8, dinner at 6, at HIS house. He's set in his ways. Ham 1
