176champion Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 This dude was throwed from his boat...just a reminder to wear your PFD and kill switch http://snowmobileaddicts.com/2016/07/05/boating-fail-hitting-the-eject-button/ I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! Bruce Philips
vonreed Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 Why would anybody go that speed across a wake? I'd also like to know why the video says he was in the water for 10 minutes when the boat filming was right next to him. But yes you should always wear a life jacket and use a kill switch.

My dad always used to give me a hard time because he said I only knew two throttle positions in a boat, idle and wide open. But he would tell everyone that he never felt unsafe. That guy had the opportunity to get out of that, he just didn't have the intelligence. dtrs5kprs and mixermarkb 2
fishinwrench Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 I can use every reminder I can get ! It's those short little 1/2 to 2 mile runs (spot to spot)

David Unnerstall Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 I will tell you what I have done is stop wearing hiking shoes and wear shoes that I can kick off. The old Chrysler only does 22 mph at its sweet spot.
176champion Posted July 6, 2016 Author Posted July 6, 2016 I agree that the guy was an idiot driving like that, but just remember dung happens when we least expect it especially with the idiots on the lake. dtrs5kprs and Donna G 2 I know everything about nothing and know nothing about everything! DADAKOTA Posted July 6, 2016 Posted July 6, 2016 The film crew seemed in no hurry to get back to him or once aboard to get him to the hospital. No urgency whatsoever. Horrible boat driver. What kind of boat was that?
