I still stink. Even went conservative this round for the first time in the last 4 or 5 events and STILL BOMBED. I'm snake bit!  Probably because Beardsley is loaded with them and extremely dangerous to fish. Seriously, don't go in that creek unless you want to get bit by a Kingcobramoccasinrattlesnake.

Im telling ya Champ, i changed my picks 3 times, thinking i was making the right choices. Now looking at my original picks, i would have been better off keeping them.  Like ST says, 2 more days for my current guys to step it up. They got their work cut out for them.

Several of the guys on my roster this tourney are guys I have picked on many of the tourneys this year and they finally came through - well for one day at least.

Strange Day 1 for sure. And lots of movement likely today and Sunday.

Well my guys dropped a bit, but I think I still have 4 fishing tomorrow.  I believe the top 50 fishes the last day with the shortened tourney to 3 days.  Number 50 is 6 lbs. and change from the lead, this thing is still really up in the air.

That was fun to watch this morning.  Lots of fish being caught and many at the same time in different parts of the lake.  It reinforces that something happens outdoors that triggers activity and movement.  You see it in all wildlife.  See it deer a lot.  I don't follow the tables much but know many that think that's the reason.  Very interesting regardless.
