Anyone know of a brand of tackle box that will stand up to Zman baits? In my plano plastic boxes, they tend to warp the plastic dividers and make a mess of things. Was going to try some different brand box, but figured I'd ask y'all first.

Nope. It will do that to all the boxes if you take them out of the bags. Takes a while.

I do it anyway for my "quick box" of pre-cut and rigged baits. It's $5 spent on efficiency each year.

I use tackle logic bags and a single compartment deep Plano to keep extra bags in the boat.

Dave,

Would the hooks and baits hold up ok if I rig them and put them back into the original packaging?

I've done that. Can't tell you it won't corrode a hook, but I haven't been bothered by it yet.

Since switching to the beastly little Mustads, I haven't had any significant corrosion issues. Gamakatsus take it hard, and Owners are gone in a few days.

Best tip is to not go full bore with any approach. Don't pre-rig all your heads, don't take all your bodies out of the bags. I usually have 2 of each size and color I plan to fish rigged, with another cut pair ready to rig. Not very many baits in play at one time.
