Just got off the phone with the Corp.  as of this post, the open ramps on the lake are Baxter, Viola, Mill Creek, and Indian Point.  She said with water dropping that more will be opening up. Also mentioned that theres alot of private ramps around the lake that would be worth checking out. 

 Just trying to help guys looking for a ramp.

wonder what is wrong with cow creek?  it has a parking lot as high or higher than any others.

There's no fish within 6 miles of that ramp.

I don't know who the person was you spoke with at ACOE but it's a total load of Bull that Baxter ramp is "open".   "Open" to the fishies maybe.  As early as late Saturday afternoon before the Sunday Monsoon hit, it was deep under water and the road you turn down off of "H" had maybe 20' of roadway that wasn't covered and that's before the Lake came up further.
