The state should stock walleyes in the river. There is certainly enough feed in the river to support a better population. They should also protect the ones that are there with a no kill policy / zero bag limit until the population can be restored to former levels.

 Would love to have some real regulations on the meramec river for all game fish.  Slot limit on flatheads too   Slot on walleye   Catch and release Smallies.

  I like the passion you guys have fro your brown bass. Tell me is there a lack of them in the river or a lack of big ones? Now to the walleye. Is there more brown bass than walleye?
